1. What payment options do you offer?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal, Google Pay and Venmo.

2. How do I check my order status?
After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this on our "Order Tracking" page to see the latest updates.

3. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. Here's how:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Return Process: Contact us at team@grassrootsathletics.com, and we’ll provide return instructions.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

    Exceptions: Personalized items, gift cards, and final sale products cannot be returned. For damaged or incorrect items, see our damaged items policy below.

    4. What is your policy on damaged or defective items?
    We take great care in packaging your items, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help:

    • Contact Us Promptly: Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. You can reach us via email at team@grassrootsathletics.com.
    • Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the defective item and packaging.
    • Return Process: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged item. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us.
    • Replacement or Refund: Once we receive the damaged item, we will either send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

    5. How long does it take to receive my order?
    Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options during checkout if you need your items sooner.

    6. Do you ship outside the US?
    Not yet, but if you need any club or bulk orders, get in touch and we will strive to make it happen.

    8. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
    We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

    9. Do you offer discounts for bulk or team orders?
    Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk and team orders. Contact us at team@grassrootsathletics.com for a custom quote.

    10. How do I choose the right size for apparel?
    Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you’re unsure, our customer service team can assist you in finding the right fit.
